We are looking for a warehouse logistics specialist experienced in event technology to join our BBM team. Your area of responsibility will include the arrangement of event equipment and the coordination of the day–to-day business, as well as the supervision of international productions in one of Europe´s most modern rehearsal halls. FOH Online reports about Black Box Music at the Cher “Dressed to Kill” Tour: „Keeping with the international theme, the sound company handling the North American tour is Black Box Music of Berlin, Germany. Founded in 1992 by managing director Thilo “Baby” Goos, Black Box Music (BBM has since grown into a large operation. The company complex includes full-on staging, lighting, sound and production services, with a 500-box L-Acoustics inventory and the ability to simultaneously support up to seven major tours.“ (FOH Online “Dressed to kill” June 2014 issue)
Lighting&Sound America reports about Black Box Music at the Cher “Dressed to Kill” Tour: „For his PA, Bracey relies on L-Acoustics, provided by Black Box Music, of Berlin, Germany. He is generally a fan of L-Acoustics, but admits, “We considered other systems as well. Cher´s album “Closer to the truth”, her first solo album since 2001 was released in October 2013. Her last tour, named „Farewell“ in 2002 took three years and included 325 shows worldwide. The tour back then was actually supposed to be her farewell tour. With her latest and already 25th album shes going on tour again. This time, as she said herself, it is going to be her „farewell, farewell“ tour. She is one of the commercially most successful musicians in the 20th century, having sold more than 200 million records and another 80 million together with her ex-husband Sonny Bono. Cher, winner of the Academy Award, the Emmy, the Grammy and the Golden-Globe (three times!), began her tour on 22 of March at the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The first part of the tour included 49 tour dates in North America and Cher was singing some new hits, but also classics like „Believe“ and „Strong Enough“. The Berlin Kobra Ladies are the figurehead of German female football. The team was founded in 2005 as a successor of the Berlin Adler Girls under the umbrella of the Berlin Kobras in the ProSport24 e.V. (ProSport24 registered association) in Berlin-Wilmersdorf and was able to achieve the titel „German Champion“ seven times since then (2007-2013). The 40 ladies aged between 17 and 35 are training with their seven trainers up to three times a week for their self-defined goal (more…)
