Beatsteaks “Boombox Tour”
After a successful and sold-out tour in the first half of the year from March to June the Beatsteaks continued their Boombox tour in November. Nearly no other band managed it to inspire their audience so consistently and successfully and convey as much enthusiasm playing live as did the band from Berlin in recent years.
The Beatsteaks ended their tour in the hometown of Berlin. After the warm-up program of the Australian punk rock band ‘The Death Set’, the Berliner Artists appeared on stage and played their best known songs. The audience was at the Beatsteaks feet and escorted the band with powerful chants, accompanied visually by a sea of lighter flames. Due to the complete brass section of Seeed, the background piano and the perfect playing of the band the quintet made a lively interaction between themselves and the audience. With the phrase “Berlin, you are incredible,” the Berlin Artists adopted by a two-hour concert of their tour.
Black Box Music equipped the entire tour with technical equipment and trucking. For the light were among other washlight VL 3500, i-Pix BB7 beam lights, GLP impression 120 RZ, Martin Mac700 and Jarag PAR30 blinder for use. The following equipment convinced by sound: L-Acoustic dV-DOSC, dV-SUB L-Acoustic, Acoustic SB-L 28, L-Acoustic KIVA, L-Acoustic HiQ monitors, L-Acoustic ARCS, L-Acoustic LA-RAK , MIDAS H 3000 mixer & Outboardequipment, Digidesign Profile digital mixing console, Digidesign ® SC 48 Digital mixer, Sennheiser In-Ear monitoring, Acoustic L-K1, L-Acoustic Sub-K1 and L-Acoustic Kara.
